All our sunglasses are top quality and have been tested by us in advance. We guarantee you high quality sunglasses that meet your expectations! In addition, we also have real product photos/videos, so you can see what a pair of glasses looks like in real life!

We do our utmost to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on workdays before 15:00, we try to send the same day. However, we do not always succeed in this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer.

All our deliveries are handled by PostNL.

Yes, that is possible. As soon as we have shipped your order, you will automatically receive an email from us. This email contains a Track & Trace code from PostNL with which you can easily track the shipment.

Not satisfied with your product? No problem, you can always return your products at deluxevibe.nl. Within 14 days after receiving your complete order, contact our customer service to register your return so that we can quickly process it in our system and give you your money back. Make sure you have your customer and order number at hand, then we will ensure a quick handling!

The shipping costs for your return are at your own expense. You can send your package with all desired parcel services. We advise you to send your package with PostNL. Sending a standard package costs approximately €4.10 from the Netherlands and Belgium to our address.
